This shows that you still have much more to contribute to the bench then some of those who remain on the 1st floor just because they make the 'safe' decisions and refuse to do anything that will harm the "domestic elite."  Time and time again I see your former peer (SJs) go out of there way not to offend or even rule in favor of those domestic lawyers that could harm them ... IT IS DISGUSTING.
