There is little justice-particularly for people who lack money. "Justice" is merely a notion unless made real by those empowered to do so. It is true that our justice system is the best in the world, yet it remains an imperfect system and, like each of us, must be a constant work in progress. All of us must continue to work on it - lest the vision of our founding fathers shall become a mere chimeric notion. We must also remember that everything that we do requires "sweat" and "mentorship!"

Constitutional Law

Well, I've had a bit of an "absence." However, I am proud to announce that I will be teaching the Foundations of Constitutional Law right here in Fort Myers, Florida. I promise a very interesting perspective. Classes will start September 25, 2008 and will meet once a week for twelve weeks.
