There is little justice-particularly for people who lack money. "Justice" is merely a notion unless made real by those empowered to do so. It is true that our justice system is the best in the world, yet it remains an imperfect system and, like each of us, must be a constant work in progress. All of us must continue to work on it - lest the vision of our founding fathers shall become a mere chimeric notion. We must also remember that everything that we do requires "sweat" and "mentorship!"

Divorce and The First Amendment

I am pleased to announce that The News Press published my article - a link to it can be found on the left hand side of this page - regarding divorce and the First Amendment. Domestic Judges have a tough job. They constantly seek to balance time honored, sacred constitutional rights against the best interest of children. We should all thank them for their service.
